At Green Roads Acupuncture, it is our desire to be effective and fair to all of our patients. Out of consideration for our acupuncturist's time, we have adopted the following policies:

• 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment
• If you are unable to give the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged the following cancellation fees:
• $135 for initial consultation and treatment, $50 for follow-up treatments, $40 for consultation only visit
• Exceptions will be made for inclement weather and sudden illness
• This charge will be either automatically deducted from the card provided at booking, billed to the patient's account, or collected at a follow-up visit
• Should you arrive later than your appointment time you may have a shortened service, or you may receive your full service if the practitioner's schedule allows. 
• If you arrive 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, your appointment is considered canceled by late/missed appointment/no-show.
• Habitual (3 or more) late cancellations (less than 24-hours prior to appointment time) or 3 no-shows, or a combination of the two, will result in the patient being discharged at the practitioner's discretion.

We are aware that extenuating circumstances may prevent patients from making their appointments. We ask that you please communicate your circumstance with us and we will do our best to accommodate your situation. We thank you for respecting our time and look forward to working with you!
